The Open Well, placed in the Main Yard, is a unexplorate cave. known to be endless,since a brazilian archeology crew, about 25 years ago, tried to go down and got a viral fever who probably killed them in less than two days. The next expedition, three months later, didn't find any survivors, just the remains of two corpses who revealed a charge of unknown viruse who were destroyed after the scientist who analysed them died of an hemorragic fever. A very high radioactive level was registred inside the Well. It hasn't been explored by now. In the other galleries a sistem of pipes made out of stone with U section was found. Possibly it was used to bring water around the city. The exploration of the site beeing dangerous and incomplete hasn't explained the way this system was working. |
